Semester grades are in, and according to Calvary head football coach Bo Meeks, the 61 players on his roster for 2009 came up with a 3.21 average GPA for the first semester. "All four classifications had a 3.0 or better," Meeks said. "I believe this is a testament to their hard work," he continued. The football team will be honored Thursday, Feb. 4, with a banquet in Fellowship Hall with awards to be presented in the church sanctuary that same night. |
